Kathryn is a RYT 200 teaching at Nava Yoga Studio, St. Petersburg, Florida. She teaches CPF Oncology Yoga, plus a core class, beginner's yoga, gentle yoga and gentle/yin. She personally focuses on alignment based vinyasa and gentle yoga.
