Firefly Yoga Company, located west of Orlando, hosts a CPF Oncology Yoga Class every Sunday at 6:00 pm. A team of yoga teachers trained by CPF in January, 2024 share this class.
This studio offers several styles of yoga: restorative, yin, ashtanga, power, prenatal yoga, and more! You may come for Oncology Yoga but there is more to explore if you are interested.
They also hold yoga teacher training and we love to see our Oncology Yoga students become yoga teachers, and then come back and train with CPF. Firefly is a community that strives to support one another and our local community.
Firefly is located in Ocoee, just west of Orlando, and is easily accessible via the 408 or 429.
