Dr. Sean Gu presented June 4, 2022 at the CPF training. Dr. Gu is a board certified and fellowship trained radiologist practicing in Dothan, AL. His group, Radiology Associates of Dothan, offers diagnostic and interventional radiology services for several hospitals in the region. He is an Atlanta-native and attended Emory University for undergraduate, residency and fellowship. He obtained his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. After fellowship, he began practice in Dothan along with his wife, also a radiologist. Dr. Gu is an avid proponent of breast imaging in the region. He is experienced in both screening mammography, tomosynthesis and breast MRI. He serves on executive and quality committees in local hospitals. Additionally, he is involved in creating national radiology quality metrics in coordination with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Dr. Gu’s additional specialty interests include musculoskeletal imaging. He lives in Dothan with his wife, son, two dogs and three birds.
