In partnership with the Christina Phipps Foundation, beginning January 4, 2022, Athlete's Choice Gym in Jacksonville, FL will offer free yoga classes for breast cancer survivors and people suffering from other range of motion or pain limitations.
Susan Bridges-Tomkins is a Yoga instructor at Athlete's Choice Gym in Jacksonville, FL. She brings a wealth of experience as a certified RYS200 Yoga teacher, Connected Warrior Yoga instructor (for PTSD patients) and a certified Silver Sneakers Yoga instructor and CPF certified instructor. As a breast cancer survivor she has a strong connection working with the Christina Phipps foundation to help other breast cancer survivors.
Susan’s classes will be held on Tuesdays at 11:30 for chair yoga and Thursdays at 11:30 for gentle yoga. As your primary point of contact for the program you may reach her at 904-923-1667. There will be a class sign-in sheet at the front desk for each class.

There will be parking available in the front or back parking lots.
