Kelly graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL on August 25, 2024. She will be teaching her karma yoga Oncology Yoga class in the fall of 2024.
In her words:
I started my yoga journey 15 years ago in response to the physical stress of running too many 1/2 and full marathons. As my physical body healed, I noticed so did my mental and spiritual body. I decided to take yoga teacher training to explore more about the practice of yoga and the philosophy of yoga. As my understanding grew so did my desire to bring yoga to others and so I signed up to start teaching. And then - pandemic! I was able to offer on-line classes for the studio where I teach as well as for my co-workers. I am excited to be a Christina Phipps yoga instructor and look forward to meeting you on-line.
