Kelley graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL on August 25, 2024. Kelley is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She specializes in Mindful Resilience Trauma Training, Adaptive Yoga, and is Oncology Yoga certified. She loves the mountains, hiking, going to the beach, paddle boarding, and coffee.
Kelley will hold a one hour all-levels mat class on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Class will start at 4:30 pm and end at 5:30pm. The location is The Springs Church, 900 Park Ave., Orange Park, FL., 32073. Enter the building by the south entrance. Please bring your mat, props, blanket, and water.
