Gladys Stevenson graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training August 25, 2024 at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. She will be teaching ZOOM Oncology Yoga class and helping CPF teachers in the Daytona Beach area.
She says:
I have been in the medical field all my life, working in the Physical Therapy field for 25 years. I was always been interested in yoga but never had the time to pursue it until now. After COVID and moving to Florida I felt that I wanted to give back in a way that I could help others and give back to the community. I am a 2024 graduate of RYT200 Discovery Kripalu Yoga, located Palm Coast, Florida.
I am a mom, grandmother, a sister, friend, and a kind and mindful person who is passionate about my career and life goals. I would describe myself as an honest, caring person who doesn’t believe in misleading others, and I try to be fair in my approach to life. I am an excellent communicator and strive to help others as much as possible.
