Bound angle Butterfly Presses. Sit with soles of feet together. Hold arms with elbows bent at shoulder height (Goddess or Cactus position). Press arms together touching elbows at center while exhaling, and give arms a little lift. Inhale and open arms back out to Goddess position. Do 3-5 reps
