Daily Practice



Table top triceps. From table position, support body weight with one hand. With the other hand pick up your hand weight. Elbow is bent with the arm alongside the ribcage. Inhale, on an exhale extend the arm straight back. Do 3 reps, stretch out the arm and do 3 more reps. Release weight, stretch it out by reaching arm forward, for more core lift opposite leg. Repeat on the other side.
