Tammy will be with us in Gainesville training yoga teachers. She has been working as a Yoga Therapist & Integrative Therapies practitioner at at Shands Hospital sine 2010. Through breathing exercises, focused attention, and gentle mindful movement, she encourages individuals to explore the inner landscape of mind, body, and heart as a pathway to self-awareness and self-nurturance. In addition to working the bedside, Tammy also provides mindfulness-based trainings and classes for clinicians and the community.
