Bethany is a Certified Yoga Instructor & CPF Oncology Yoga Teacher, graduating form CPF on August 25, 2024.
She says:
My journey into yoga began 10 years ago when I was searching for balance and peace amidst the challenges of daily life. Yoga quickly became more than just physical exercise for me; it was a transformative experience. I saw how much yoga enhanced my mental wellness and ultimately helped me cope with my own traumas. I am a Surgical First Assist graduate who loves spending her days in the operating room, and I am grateful to be part of the Onco-Plastics team. My passion for both yoga and the Operating Room led me to pursue becoming a CPF teacher. I am honored to be part of the CPF community and look forward to sharing the gifts of yoga with others, helping them find their own path to wellness and inner peace.
